Larry A. Flournoy, Jr.

Larry is a proud Baylor Bear, both Law School and Undergraduate, and a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience in estate and fiduciary litigation. Throughout his years of practice, he has represented parties at all levels of estate and trust litigation, including executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other interested parties. Larry’s commitment is to results, professionalism, and happy clients. In addition to serving his clients, Larry has also stayed actively involved in serving the legal community as a former Chairman of the Probate, Trust, and Estate Section of the Dallas Bar Association, former Executive Council Member of the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Texas State Bar, and current member of the State Bar’s Pattern Jury Charge Committee for Probate, Trusts, and Guardianship (just to name a few). When he’s not working, Larry can often be found up in a hunting blind.

Chad T. McLain

Chad is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on lawsuits involving trusts and estates. Chad represents executors, trustees, beneficiaries, guardians, and others who are involved in lawsuits governed by the Texas Estates Code or the Texas Trust Code. Chad has been involved in the Dallas Bar Association and is currently Chairman of the Probate, Trusts, and Estate Section of the Dallas Bar Association. In addition to his service to the bar, Chad has been an author or presenter on several topics at the foreground of fiduciary litigation, including client capacity issues, bank signature card litigation, and removal of fiduciaries. In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Mavericks and the Cowboys.
